Tot Pilates opened its doors in January 2009 and has been devoted exclusively to Pilates, the body, and movement ever since. The studio works according to the principle of body awareness in motion: deep musculature, alignment, muscular imbalances, and the body's centre are at the heart of everything. The aim is precise control of the body in the healthiest and most efficient way possible.

Facilities & Class Format

The space is designed for the correct execution of exercises and is fully equipped for all types of Pilates work. Classes take place in small groups, which allows for near-individual attention. Instructor Joana leads all sessions — she keeps classes varied, offers hands-on corrections, and adapts the pace and dynamics to suit the particular needs of each group.
