TroBar is a restaurant, bar and art space rolled into one – a thoughtfully conceived venue in Cala Ratjada in the north-east of Mallorca.

Art, food and cocktails under one roof

TroBar brings together a gastronomic offer and a curated art space: the interior is woven through with works by local artists and handcrafted objects, and the handmade crockery is part of the overall concept. The ground floor houses the restaurant and a shop area, below that a bar lounge, and upstairs a rooftop terrace. The menu is built around small sharing plates – think focaccia, burrata, caponata, marinated sardines and anchovies, and arancini. Cocktails are prepared with creativity and served in characterful vessels.

The rooftop terrace is a draw in its own right, looking out over the church of Cala Ratjada and particularly popular as the evening sets in. The concept spans several levels, so there is always a different spot to suit the mood or the occasion.
