The range spans sourdough loaves and traditional Mallorcan breads through to wholegrain baguettes and loaves made from a variety of flours — including spelt, wholemeal and rye, as well as heritage grain varieties grown on Mallorca — alongside a broad selection of sweet pastries. The croissants stand out in particular, including chocolate and pistachio versions, as do the ensaimadas, which are widely regarded as the bakery's signature product in Pollença. Also made here are martas, cremadillos, cocas, panades, cocorrois and roscón. Birthday cakes for special occasions are part of the offering too — orders can also be placed via Instagram in English.
