UCO Bakery Central is a sourdough-specialist bakery in the heart of Palma.

Sourdough at the Core

The range revolves entirely around sourdough bread (Masa Madre). Alongside the classic loaf, you'll find olive bread, a Parmesan loaf, and a date bread. Gluten-free breads are also available — with a clear note that they contain trace amounts of sourdough and are therefore not suitable for those with coeliac disease. Banana bread, granola, brownies, cookies, and panettone round out the selection.

Workshops and the Story Behind the Bakery

UCO Bakery Central is the company's first shop — the place where it all began. Since 2025, the site has also served as a venue for workshops on 100% sourdough bread. The production process is visible to visitors, which really underlines the artisan character of the bakery.
