Craft & Range

Every loaf is fermented for over 30 hours — an approach UCO Bakery considers fundamental to both flavour and digestibility. The selection of sourdough breads is impressively broad: alongside classic loaves, you'll find specialities such as olive bread, a loaf with purple maize, dates and pistachios, the 'Ses Illes' bread with sun-dried tomatoes, Mahón cheese, thyme and salt, and a buckwheat bread. Gluten-free breads and banana bread also feature in the range, as do croissants, pastries, sweet treats and — for special occasions — panettone. Loaves are available as half-loaves too. UCO Bakery also ships orders to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and in-store collection is available.
