Specialty coffee takes centre stage: flat whites, cappuccinos and espresso are all made with fresh milk — no UHT, no powder. On the food front, the banana bread and chocolate croissants are firm favourites, but the menu also stretches to avocado toast, smoked salmon and avocado bagels, overnight oats and açaí bowls. Vegetarian options are well catered for too. The menu follows a seasonal rhythm, so not every item may be available in autumn.

Velovie sees itself as a proper base for cyclists: the owners are happy to share route tips and advice on riding around Mallorca. Cycling clothing and lifestyle products are also available to browse and buy in the café. If you arrive by bike, you'll find secure bicycle parking with locks on site.
