Vibes by Quince is a project by the Soul Sea Group, and it deliberately revives an older Porto Cristo tradition: first-floor restaurants with unobstructed views of the sea. The kitchen blends Mediterranean, Asian, European and American cooking techniques whilst staying firmly rooted in Mallorcan produce. Tacos — including prawn and beef varieties — alongside house-made guacamole are amongst the most celebrated dishes on the menu.
