Vibes by Quince is a project by the Soul Sea Group, and it deliberately revives an older Porto Cristo tradition: first-floor restaurants with unobstructed views of the sea. The kitchen blends Mediterranean, Asian, European and American cooking techniques whilst staying firmly rooted in Mallorcan produce. Tacos — including prawn and beef varieties — alongside house-made guacamole are amongst the most celebrated dishes on the menu. Seafood also takes centre stage, with octopus, scallops, calamari, mussels and sea bass all earning consistent praise. The drinks menu features cocktails and sangria, and plant-based diners are well catered for — dishes can be made vegan on request.
