Five apartments under one roof
Villa Schmidt houses five holiday apartments spread across the ground floor, upper floor, and a penthouse. The ground-floor apartments each have two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a generous terrace with direct access to the pool and garden. The upper-floor apartments offer terraces with views across the surrounding rooftops to the sea. The penthouse is air-conditioned and filled with natural light; highlights include a capsule coffee machine and a Bluetooth hi-fi system. All units are fitted with modern, fully equipped kitchens and comfortable box-spring beds. Baby equipment is available for families with young children, and Wi-Fi and TV are provided throughout.

The well-kept garden with its pool and sun loungers is the heart of the complex. The pool area is spacious and shared by all guests staying in the various apartments. On-site parking is available.
Location in the Es Fortí neighbourhood
The villa sits in Es Fortí, a peaceful residential quarter of Cala d'Or, just one row back from the sea. Two small sandy coves are within easy walking distance, and the nearest beach, Caló d'es Pou, is less than ten minutes on foot. Restaurants and supermarkets are also reachable on foot. Despite the tranquil setting away from the tourist bustle, the centre of Cala d'Or remains easily accessible.
