Wave of Change is the sustainability initiative of the Iberostar Group, based in Palma — a movement dedicated to developing and advancing a responsible model of tourism.

What Wave of Change stands for

Wave of Change was founded in 2019 with the aim of driving change both within and beyond Iberostar's hotels. The initiative works to build a responsible business model that takes both people and nature into account, including supporting employees and strengthening local communities. By 2024, the movement had grown to encompass seven thematic focus areas.
