The paella is one of the most consistently praised dishes — it takes a little while to arrive, which speaks to it being freshly made. Tapas are very much at home on the menu too: croquettes, patatas bravas, meatballs, Padrón peppers and provoleta all get a regular mention. The freshly squeezed orange juice made from Sóller oranges is a highlight in its own right.
