Lil Kleine

Amsterdam, Netherlandship-hop · nederhop · rap · pop
Lil' Kleine, born Jorik Scholten on 15 October 1994 in Amsterdam, is one of the most prominent figures in Dutch hip-hop. He signed with Amsterdam-based label TopNotch in 2013, which marked the start of his breakthrough. Together with rapper Ronnie Flex he released the single "Drank & Drugs" – a provocative track about alcohol, drugs and sex – which topped the Dutch Single Top 100, went double platinum, and won the 3FM Award for Best Single in 2016. Their joint album "WOP!" (2016) also reached number one. Lil' Kleine's style sits firmly in Nederhop – Dutch-language hip-hop with influences from rap, pop and electronic music. Beyond Ronnie Flex, he has collaborated with Frenna, Boef and Bizzey, among others. In 2022 he released "Ibiza Stories", an album centred around party themes and high-profile features. He is also an occasional actor and counts more than two million followers on Instagram.
