Counting the swallows' nests

Banyalbufar invites residents to take part in a count of house-martin nests, a citizen-science activity to protect these protected birds that nest in the village lanes every summer. Together the nests are recorded to document the local population. The meeting point is the Plaça de la Vila, in the heart of this Tramuntana village.
