14th Sweet Dish Competition

On 22 August, Algaida turns its attention to sweet creations with the 14th Sweet Dish Competition. This gastronomic event is for anyone wishing to place a homemade or personally created dessert at the centre of the occasion. Participants are required to bring their sweet dish to the Rectoria at 5:00 pm. Whether traditional, inventive or shaped by your own style, the focus of the competition is the dessert itself and the pleasure of taking part in a culinary gathering in Algaida. If you intend to enter, make sure your dish is ready for delivery at the Rectoria on time.
