ALISHA hails from Peterborough and has carved out a formidable reputation in the UK underground house scene – a notable achievement for a city rarely associated with dancefloor culture. Her sound is defined by deep, rumbling basslines and hypnotic grooves, placing her firmly within tech-house and deeper house territory. Her breakthrough came through releases on some of the scene's most respected labels: on Kaluki Music – the label of long-time collaborator Pirate Copy – she dropped tracks including "Infectious" and "What's Your Name". Relief, Green Velvet's label, hosted her track "Trip", while the EP "Existence" landed on Danny Howard's Nothing Else Matters. Toolroom featured her on three editions of their Ibiza compilation series, including Toolroom Ibiza 2019. Her music receives regular support on BBC Radio 1, and her Hot Creations debut came with the single "Changes". After leaving her job as a shift supervisor at a UK restaurant chain to focus on music full-time, she clocked up shows at Parklife, Glastonbury, and London's iconic Fabric.
