Ayax Pedrosa Hidalgo, born on 23 July 1991 in Granada, is a Spanish rapper, writer and actor. Together with his twin brother Adrián – known as Prok – he built a devoted following on YouTube in the mid-2010s through sharp, socially conscious tracks. Their first official release as Ayax y Prok, *Albayzín Recopilatorio* (2016), was a nod to their home neighbourhood in Granada's Albayzín quarter and to Albaycín Records, the label they co-founded alongside DJ Blasfem. The 2018 album *Cara y Cruz* featured collaborations with J Dose and Juancho Marqués, blending classic boom-bap with literary references, flamenco touches and autobiographical storytelling rooted in Granada's streets. The solo record *Juglar del Siglo XXI* (2022) cemented Ayax's reputation as one of the most consistent voices in Spanish conscious rap. He has also built a parallel career as an actor, appearing in the film *Hasta el cielo* and returning to the role for its Netflix series continuation in 2023. In 2020, the Spanish recording industry awarded him the Triple Platinum Award.
