The Banda de Música de Bunyola is the long-established wind band of the small mountain village of Bunyola, nestled at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana in Mallorca. The ensemble brings together musicians of all generations and performs a wide-ranging repertoire of classical works, Spanish pasodobles, and contemporary concert band pieces. The band plays a central role in village life: it opens the annual Rua carnival procession, accompanies the Semana Santa Via Crucis, and performs regularly as part of the Primavera Musical Bunyolina concert series. In May 2024, it also participated in the IV Festival de Bandes de Bunyola. Its close ties to the community are further reflected in audiovisual projects created by pupils of the local school featuring the band. On 20 September 2026, the orchestra will perform as part of the Festes de Sant Mateu in Bunyola – a concert that brings Mallorca's living musical tradition to life.
