Brennan Heart is the alias of Fabian Bohn, born on 2 March 1982 in Helden, Limburg, the Netherlands. The son of a Dutch mother and a German father, he discovered electronic music as a teenager – moving through techno and trance before finding his true home in hardstyle. At just 18, EMI Music signed him as a full-time producer. In 2002, he co-founded the duo Brennan & Heart with DJ Thera (Pieter Heijnen), laying the groundwork for an international career.
His debut solo album *Musical Impressions* dropped in 2009, followed by *M!D!FILEZ* in 2010. The defining breakthrough came in 2012 with "Lose my Mind," a collaboration with Wildstylez on his own label Brennan Heart Music – the track amassed over 13 million YouTube views. In 2013, "Imaginary" with US vocalist Jonathan Mendelsohn was voted the #1 hardstyle track of the year and served as the soundtrack to his documentary *Evolution of Style*. He has remixed tracks for Tiësto, Armin van Buuren and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, and spent eight consecutive years in the DJ Mag Top 100 (peak position: #49). Today he fronts *I AM HARDSTYLE*, one of the scene's fastest-growing brands, and has headlined festivals including Tomorrowland, Defqon.1, Qlimax and EDC.
