CELLO WORKS II

CELLO WORKS II is the DJ project of Mike Mana (real name Michael Schmid), fusing classical cello with electronic techno production into a distinctive hybrid sound. Rather than using cello samples as mere decoration, the project places cello lines at the structural core of its tracks – "Cello + Techno = chaos and beauty," as Mike Mana himself describes it on Instagram. The collision of classical substance and club energy creates a sound that directly confronts concert-hall aesthetics with dancefloor dynamics. Mike Mana regularly shares production insights and live footage on social media, where his clips attract attention in both the EDM and classical crossover communities.
