Davide Ranaldi

Davide Ranaldi is an Italian classical pianist who began his professional piano education at the age of four. He earned his Bachelor of Music with honours and a special mention for his "outstanding technical and musical skills" from the Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi in Milan. He has taken masterclasses with Arie Vardi, Evgeny Kissin and Leonid Margarius, and is currently guided by Professor Alexander Romanovsky at the Conservatory of Pavia and Professor Leonid Margarius at the International Academy "Incontri col Maestro" in Imola. In 2021 Ranaldi won the prestigious Premio Venezia XXXVII; in 2025 he claimed Second Prize at the International Maestro Piano Competition in Taiwan and took part in the Queen Elisabeth Competition. He has performed for leading Italian concert series – including Società del Quartetto in Milan, Bologna Festival, and Amici della musica in Florence, Padua and Mestre (with Trio Boccherini) – as well as at world-renowned venues such as Teatro La Fenice in Venice, Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa and Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza. Season highlights include Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 20 in D minor K. 466 at Teatro La Fenice under Frédéric Chaslin and Beethoven's Concerto No. 1 in C major under Maestro Donato.
