DIANA NAVARRO

Málaga, Spainflamenco · copla · pop · latin-pop
Diana Navarro, born on 21 April 1978 in Málaga, is one of the most distinctive voices in Spanish music. Her debut single "Sola" from the album *No te olvides de mí* (2005) launched her to national fame overnight: over 200,000 copies sold, a Latin Grammy nomination for Best New Artist, and the prestigious Ondas Award for best breakthrough act of 2005. Behind that success lay ten years of relentless groundwork – performing at clubs, associations, and charity galas, an experience she credits as the true foundation of her career. Her sound is deeply rooted in Andalusian heritage, weaving together copla and flamenco with Arabic, oriental, and classical influences. Albums such as *Camino Verde* (copla), a dedicated flamenco record, and *Género Chico* (2012, zarzuela) formed a deliberate trilogy exploring the roots of Spanish music. *La Esencia* (2013) and *Resiliencia* (2016) cemented her reputation as an artist in constant evolution. Notable collaborations include "Solamente tú" with Pablo Alborán and "Pido la Palabra" with Andy & Lucas. She is signed to Warner Music Latina. Beyond music, she has appeared on the TV show *Tu cara me suena* and performed at the Goya Awards ceremony.
