Die Atzen

Die Atzen are a Berlin-based EDM duo consisting of Manny Marc (Marc Schneider) and Frauenarzt (Vincente de Teba Költerhoff). Since 2008 they have been producing hedonistic party club music that blends rap, techno, electro, pop and party schlager into a distinctly Berlin sound. Their breakthrough came in 2009 with the single "Das geht ab", followed by the earworm "Disco Pogo" – which peaked at #22 in the German charts and stayed there for 35 weeks. Their album "Atzen Musik, Vol. 2" (2010) was their most commercially successful release: #5 on the German Media Control chart and #10 on the Ö3 Austria Top 40. In total they released four albums on their own label Atzen Musik – from "Atzen Musik, Vol. 1" (2008) to "Atzen Musik, Vol. 3" (2012). Their most notable collaborations include "Strobo Pop" with Nena (Top 10, 52 chart weeks), "Florida Lady" with Alexander Marcus, and "Katsching" with Knossi (2020, viral on TikTok). After a hiatus, Die Atzen returned with a steady stream of new releases including "HOT CHILI" (2023), "AUSNAHMEZUSTAND" (2024) and "Legende" (2025) via Madizin Music and Atzen Musik. At festivals such as Parookaville they are celebrated headliners of the German party scene.
