DJ Düse
Leipzig, Deutschlandschlager · partyschlager · electronic
DJ Düse, real name Daniel Berger, was born on 28 January 1974 in Leipzig and is one of the most recognisable names in Mallorca party-schlager. From the mid-2000s he built his reputation as resident DJ at the Bierkönig in Palma, holding that post from 2005 until September 2019 and performing virtually every evening throughout the season. His biggest chart moment came in 2009 when the single "Hubschraubereinsatz" entered the German charts at number 75 for one week. He continued releasing party singles – including "Wir sind auf Malle, nicht in Italien" (2009), "Titten raus, es ist Sommer" (2010) and "Für immer und ewig" (2019) – and appeared on numerous Mallorca compilations. Notable collaborators include Ikke Hüftgold and Chriss Tuxi. The 2019 compilation "Best of DJ Düse" collected his career highlights, while the 2022 single "9 Euro Ticket" demonstrated his knack for topical party anthems. Since 2025 he has been the resident DJ at Megapark in Palma. His 2026 release "Ich will wieder auf die Insel" (VIA Music/Electrola) confirms he remains an active force on the Ballermann scene.
