FJAAK are Felix Wagner and Aaron Röbig – a Berlin-based duo who have been making music together since the late 2000s, when they were still teenagers. Their sound moves between driving warehouse techno, powerful house, and influences from UK garage, dub, and breakbeat hardcore – all produced on analogue equipment.
Their first releases appeared in 2012 with the digital EP "Introduction" on Baalsaal Records, followed by vinyl on Klasse Recordings. In 2014, the duo signed to Modeselektor's 50 Weapons, releasing several 12" singles including a split with Rødhåd. After 50 Weapons folded, they moved to Modeselektor's Monkeytown Records, where their acclaimed self-titled debut album dropped in 2017. A year later, "Havel" (2018) followed on their own FJAAK label. "FJAAK THE SYSTEM" (2024) – featuring collaborations with Modeselektor, Skee Mask, and Red Eye – marked another milestone. They also run the labels SPANDAU20 and CROWD.
As a live act, FJAAK are known for high-energy performances – appearances at festivals like Melt!, club nights in Ibiza (Hï Ibiza, Pacha), and the Only Techno Festival in Mallorca underline their international reach.
