Guy J

Guy J, born Guy Judah in Tel Aviv, has been one of the defining voices in progressive house and techno for over 15 years. His journey began at age 14 when he started producing, and by 15 he was already DJing. His breakthrough came in 2007 with the track "Save Me," signed by John Digweed to his label Bedrock Records. The same year saw the release of his debut album "Esperanza," followed by "1000 Words" in 2011. Since then he has released three albums and over 15 EPs, including work on Turbo Recordings and Cocoon Recordings. In 2012, with support from John Digweed, he founded his own label Lost & Found, home to his own music as well as artists like Guy Mantzur, Eelke Kleijn and Brian Cid. Guy J's DJ sets are known for their hypnotic, journey-like quality, blending organic and electronic textures. He now lives in Gozo, Malta, and regularly brings his atmospheric sets to Mallorca, having played R33 multiple times, most recently in December 2023.
