KETTAMA – real name Evan Campbell, born 30 May 1997 in Galway, Ireland – is one of the most distinctive DJs and producers of his generation. He began experimenting at 16 on a Launchpad with Ableton, before switching to FL Studio and uploading his first tracks to SoundCloud. At 17, he and close collaborator Shampain started playing in the backroom of Galway club Carbon, a space that became the launchpad for both careers. His international breakthrough came with the 2018 EP *Bucklyn Bridge* on Homage Records, driven by the track "B O D Y", which was championed by Mall Grab, The Black Madonna, and Annie Mac. Before ever playing Dublin, Campbell had already completed a mini-tour through Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hangzhou. Together with Shampain he co-founded G-Town Records; further releases followed on Steel City Dance Discs, which in October 2025 put out his debut album *Archangel* – featuring collaborations including Fred again.. – debuting on the UK Official Dance Albums Chart. Now London-based, Campbell plays stages at Glastonbury, Coachella, Creamfields, Kappa Futur and Awakenings. His sound – hard, loop-driven house laced with techno and trance – is made entirely "in the box" in FL Studio.
