Morgan Seatree

Manchester, United Kingdomhouse · tech-house · techno · disco
Morgan Seatree hails from Manchester and is one of the most exciting rising house producers in the UK scene. His sound is rooted in classic Chicago house – drawing inspiration from Kerri Chandler, Larry Heard, Paul Woolford and Disclosure – and translates that old-school energy into a high-octane blend of pumping drums, vintage vocals and disco-tinged grooves. Early releases landed on Mark Jenkyns' Name Dropper imprint and Javi Bora's Too Many Rules. The disco-infused "Cosmic" on Stress Records and an official remix of Florence + The Machine's "Say My Name" on Positiva/Universal brought him to a wider audience. He is now signed to Ministry of Sound. Since March 2022 he has also run his own label, Unfussy, which has hosted multiple sold-out events in his home city of Manchester. Support has come from the likes of Richy Ahmed, Jamie Jones, Patrick Topping, Folamour, Steve Lawler and Roger Sanchez. His live schedule includes the Warehouse Project Manchester, Parklife Festival 2025 and Pacha Ibiza – clear markers of a rapid ascent.
