Nastia

Nastia, born Anastasia Topolskaia, grew up in a small village in eastern Ukraine and found her way into the electronic music scene without any formal musical training. Her first encounters with electronic music came through her older sisters in Donetsk – she purchased a copy of the Matrix soundtrack as a teenager. After her first club visit in Donetsk she began working as a dancer while studying Marketing at university, and largely taught herself to DJ. She launched her career in 2005, quickly becoming a curator of the KISS FM stage and a key figure at Moscow's ARMA17 club. In 2013 she founded her first label, Propaganda, followed in 2019 by NECHTO Records – built specifically as a platform for emerging Ukrainian artists. NECHTO also organised events at previously unused industrial venues in Ukraine. Nastia is a BBC Radio 1 Resident and has performed at the IMS Opening Party at Pacha Ibiza (B2B with Daria Kolosova, 2019) as well as multiple Boiler Room sets. Her sound is defined by direct, straight-talking techno and minimal. Her 2026 tour schedule includes dates in Barcelona and Mallorca.
