Petit Comité

Petit Comité of House is a Barcelona-born house music project founded by DJ and producer Bastian Bux. The name says it all: "petit comité" – a small, intimate circle – captures the philosophy of events built around closeness, community, and the original values of house music. A hallmark of the experience is its carefully crafted atmosphere: floral aesthetics and a bespoke magnolia fragrance transform each night into a multisensory event. After years of international touring, Bux launched the concept in Barcelona and quickly scaled it up: in 2025 alone, 14 events took place across five cities and four countries – Barcelona, Ibiza, Amsterdam, Miami, and Colombia – drawing over 9,000 attendees and featuring 19 DJs. The home base in Barcelona is the iconic club Luz de Gas. Collaborations with elrow, UNVRS Ibiza, and Soulstice Colombia, as well as events in unconventional settings like flower shops and ice cream parlors, highlight the project's creative vision. In 2025, Petit Comité expanded into a record label, Petit Comité Records: all four releases to date have entered the Beatport Top 10, including an EP by Dutch producer AMMIL featuring a remix by Bastian Bux. Mallorca and New York are also on the tour schedule, cementing the project's reach well beyond its Catalan home city.
