Poncho K is a Spanish rock and pop-rock musician who has carved out a place for himself in the Iberian underground and alternative rock scene. His sound blends rock, punk, reggae and ska, and is known for its politically charged, hard-hitting lyrics. Among his most notable collaborations are tracks with Benito Kamelas – frontman of cult band Barricada – as well as "Los Carniceros" with El Drogas, and a live recording of "Mentiras de Sal" with Manolo Kabezabolo. His discography includes albums such as "Cuantovaqueré" (2005), "Cantes Valientes" (2007), "Una Historia Con Las Manos" (2010), "Caballo de Oro" (2013) and "Calíope" (2021). His album "333" was released at the end of 2025 on the Matrix Music label. Live, Poncho K is a regular on the Spanish festival circuit: in 2026 he performed at Viña Rock in Villarrobledo and Extremúsika in Cáceres. On 30 October 2026, he took to the stage at Sala La Movida in Palma de Mallorca.
