Sarau Alcudienc is a folk music and dance group from Alcúdia, Mallorca, dedicated to preserving Mallorcan cultural traditions. The ensemble specialises in Ball de Bot, the traditional folk dance of the Balearic Islands, and performs regularly at local festivals, cultural events and public squares – including Es Born in Palma. After more than four decades of activity, the group celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2023 with the album "40 anys de Sarau", released on the casmusic label, featuring tracks such as "Sa festejadora". Beyond performance, Sarau Alcudienc combines music, traditional costume (indumentària) and cultural education into a holistic cultural project that keeps Balearic identity alive.
