Sébastien Léger was born on 3 February 1979 in Paris and grew up with classically trained musician parents – a foundation that has shaped his sense of melody and structure ever since. He discovered vinyl at 14 and was already a resident DJ in a club in Brest, Brittany, at 15. Active continuously since 1995, he is one of the most experienced figures in the European electronic scene.
His sound moves between groove-forward house, modular synth work and melodic depth. Releases on labels such as All Day I Dream, Kompakt, Systematic and Armada earned him international recognition. Tracks like "Hit Girl", "Hypnotized" and "Aqualight" became genuine club hits, while "Panko Day" – a collaboration with Roy Rosenfeld – received support from Seth Troxler, Steve Angello and Keinemusik.
In 2019, Léger founded the Lost Miracle label, which he also runs as a duo project with Roy Rosenfeld. Career highlights include performances at Coachella, Tomorrowland, Awakenings and Loveland, as well as a widely acclaimed Cercle set at the Great Pyramids of Giza. He is also a regular in Ibiza, Tulum and Mykonos – his sound is a perfect match for the sunset floors and open-air venues that Mallorca equally has to offer.
