Tedua

Tedua, born Mario Molinari on 22 February 1994 in Genoa, is one of the most distinctive voices in Italian rap. Growing up in the suburbs of Genoa, he connected early with the future members of the Wild Bandana collective – including Izi and Vaz Té. He performed under the names Incubo and Duate before settling on Tedua. In 2015 he returned to Milan and began collaborating with producers Charlie Charles, Sick Luke and Chris Nolan, marking his professional breakthrough. Musically, Tedua moves between trap, drill, pop rap and R&B, drawing on personal life experiences in his lyrics. His debut album "Orange County California" (2017) was followed by "Mowgli" (2018) and the mixtape "Vita Vera" (2020). His biggest success came in 2023 with his third studio album "La Divina Commedia", which went double platinum in just six weeks and features Sfera Ebbasta, Salmo, Geolier, Lazza, Guè and Marracash. Signed to Universal Music and Sony Music, Tedua is among the most-streamed Italian rappers of his generation and performed at the Sanremo cruise festival in 2024.
