Toni Gomila

Toni Gomila, born on 7 February 1973 in Manacor, Mallorca, is one of the most prominent Mallorcan theatre actors and playwrights of his generation. As early as 1991 he founded his first theatre company, Aranyes Teatre, laying the groundwork for a long stage career. As a playwright, he gained wider recognition with his work "ACORAR", which earned him festival success and multiple awards. On the big screen, he appears in films such as "The Photographer of Mauthausen" (2018) and "Pep" (2020). Musically, he has been featured on recordings by the Nou Romancer project, including "El Gentil" and "Les Barbes de Llull" (2017). He remains a regular presence at cultural events across Mallorca, including his performance of the "History of Babar" in Llucmajor.
