Vilu Gontero hails from San Francisco, Córdoba, Argentina, and launched her DJ career at just 16 years old. As she has openly shared, breaking into the scene wasn't easy — equipment and courses were expensive — but with the support of agency Wallas she quickly rose to play in front of crowds of over 16,000 people and at renowned clubs. Today she is one of the most prominent open-format DJs in Argentina's urban scene and is regarded as the first Argentine DJ of her genre to complete a tour across South America and Europe. Her sets blend urban, reggaeton, pop and electronic music into a high-energy, cross-genre experience. With around 939,000 monthly Spotify listeners she has built a strong digital following.
