Nit de l’Art | 2026
Nit de l’Art 2026, organised by Art Palma Contemporani, celebrates its 30th anniversary as one of Mallorca’s major cultural events. The celebration will take place on 19 September at Plaça de l’Olivar in Palma from 6 pm to 11 pm, with activities and events spread across different galleries, institutions and partner venues throughout the city. Its origins date back to September 1997, when gallery owners Pep Pinya and Xavier Fiol launched an event that brought together Palma’s galleries, open to the public until midnight. Palma thus became the first city in Europe to hold a Nit de l’Art. To commemorate these three decades, the 2026 edition presents an extensive programme of exhibitions, cultural projects and free guided tours in several languages, among other activities. The event will extend across different parts of Palma, inviting visitors to explore the city. The full programme and specific opening hours for each venue will be announced in September.
