What does it cost?
You pay 15 % commission per booking. If no booking comes in, you pay nothing.
How does payment work?
Your guests pay online in advance, and we handle everything up to your payout.
Can I keep letting through other portals?
Yes. We keep your availability calendar in step with your other channels, so booked dates are blocked everywhere. Your contracts with other portals are untouched.
Do I need an ETV number?
Yes. Holiday letting on Mallorca requires an ETV licence (Ley 8/2012, the Balearic tourism act, as amended), and the registration number has to be visible in every listing. We therefore only take on properties that already hold an ETV number.
When will my property be online?
As soon as the description and photos are there, we put your property online. How quickly that happens depends mostly on how quickly your material reaches us.
