Three salt-water pools mirror the east-coast sky, and from the Balinese beds you look out over palm fronds at water that slides silently over an infinity edge. In the background a DJ set plays — not the kind of club sound that crushes the afternoon, but ambient that carries it. This is Cala Millor, but not the one you might know.

Concept
Since 2022, Mallorcan hotel group Marins Hotels has run this property as its clearest statement for adult travel. The adults-only lifestyle hotel marries a Mediterranean living concept with urban design — and opens its pool day-club to day visitors as well. The formula: a place to enjoy all day long, from a relaxed poolside breakfast to a themed party under a high-summer sky.

Atmosphere & Design
Warm colours, indirect lighting, abundant greenery outdoors. The garden effectively screens the pool terrace from the street — the edge-of-town location feels invisible from the inside. Guests consistently single out the art in the property: chosen with real attention to detail, conceived as a sensory whole. The Themed Junior Suites Premium each carry a different design; none looks like another — if you've seen enough all-inclusive sameness, you know what that means.
The centrepiece is the VIP Level on the first floor: Balinese beds, a private infinity pool and a panoramic view across the entire beach-club area. Up there, the distance from a typical Cala Millor beach holiday is most palpable.
Pool Parties & Music
The day club runs from midday to early evening — with a live DJ on event days, and ambient music on quieter days. In summer, themed party formats return: Boho, Glow, Mexican, Blue, Circus and Rosé are the chapters of the season. The Glow parties are produced in collaboration with local partner Llevant Events. Current dates are listed in the events section below.
On Saturdays — the regular event days — Balinese beds must be reserved even by hotel guests. The system is cashless: a card loaded with the booked credit is handed out on arrival and redeemable in full against food and drinks. Day visitors effectively pay only for what they consume.
Food & Drinks
Orom Gastrobar covers the lunch offer — modern in its approach, with options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free requirements. The second restaurant serves breakfast and dinner as a buffet; breakfast is rated by guests as fresh and generous enough for a long morning at the pool. The pool bar and lobby bar round things out with signature cocktails — Mediterranean, light and calibrated to the season.
Wellness & Extras
Sauna, massages and treatments, an indoor pool, a gym with cardio, strength and stretching zones: the wellness infrastructure is well developed for a property of this category. In the shoulder months of May and October, the heated pool is activated. A bike rental and a small boutique stocking beachwear, traditional Mallorcan baskets and sarongs complete the offer. The staff — team members such as Irene and Raul, repeatedly praised by guests for their attentiveness — are a genuine argument for coming back.
Insider Tip
On quiet weekdays, Balinese beds are available to hotel guests at no extra cost. If you want the VIP Level, book early — the infinity pool and panoramic view make this area a sought-after choice in high summer.
