Marinas in Mallorca

Marinas in Mallorca

Mallorca's marinas are vibrant places in coastal towns and resorts that welcome part-time sailors with world-class infrastructure. We will introduce you to the most important, most beautiful and most exclusive marinas that the largest Balearic island has to offer.

Marina Port de Palma

Palma Port

With over 2,000 berths for sailing and motor yachts, the Port de Palma is Mallorca's largest yacht harbour. Several yacht clubs have settled in the capital's port, including the Real Club Náutico de Palma de Mallorca and Marina Port de Mallorca. Boats with a length of up to 50 m can be anchored in the exclusive facilities. Showers and sanitary facilities are housed in the club buildings and moorings are guarded by a security service around the clock.

Marina Port Adriano

The exclusive Port Adriano is located between Magaluf and Santa Ponsa on the southwest coast of Mallorca. It has become something of a meeting place for Hollywood stars and various celebrities from the German speaking world of entertainment. The marina was designed by architect Philippe Starck in 2006. The centrepiece of the complex is a 250-metre white-fronted building housing numerous restaurants, art galleries and upmarket boutiques. The VIPs tend to congregate in "Zanzibar" restaurant.

Marina Puerto Portals

Puerto Portals marina is one of the main meeting up locations of European high society and international money-making. Yachts belonging to several European royal families are anchored here as well as motor yachts owned by Arab oil sheikhs, famous Hollywood stars and Russian oligarchs. Puerto Portals marina hosts around 500 berths. Costing up to 350 euros per night, docking in the island's most exclusive marina is not a cheap treat.

Marina Cala Figuera

Cala Figuera

In contrast to the exclusive Puerto Portals, Cala Figuera feels relatively small. With around 100 berths, the place has a more family-like atmosphere. Boats may not exceed a maximum length of 12 m if they want to dock in the marina. Cala Figuera is located on the rugged southeast coast of Mallorca, nestled in a rocky fjord landscape. Water and electricity connections are available but there is only one fuelling station on site.

Marina Alcúdia

With 750 moorings, the Alcúdia marina is one of the largest of its kind in Mallorca. It is located in the tourist district of Port d'Alcúdia and has an excellently developed infrastructure. There is a fuelling station, water and electricity connections, showers and a shipyard. Alcúdiamar yacht club is known for its stringent compliance with strict environmental regulations, which include, among other things, having a comprehensive waste separation system. Holiday making sailors can use the facilities of the exclusive "Botels Alcúdiamar" such as indoor and outdoor pool, sauna area and gym.

Marina Port de Sóller

In front of a magnificent natural backdrop, dominated by the peaks of the Tramuntana mountains, lies the marina of Port de Sóller on the northwest coast of Mallorca

. A rocky promontory protects the picturesque natural harbour from the waves of the Mediterranean. More than 900 berths are available to boats in the marina. Port de Sóller is connected to the town of Sóller in the mountainous interior via a tram line. The historic railcars are known locally as "Red Lightning" and are a tourist attraction in Mallorca.

Marina Port d'Pollenҫa

Port d'Pollenҫa is a coastal town on the north coast of Mallorca, dominated by the high peaks of the Serra de Tramuntana. The yacht clubs Reial Club Nautic Port de Pollenҫa and Puerto de Pollenҫa have almost 1,000 berths combined and can be accessed by boats with a total length of up to 25 m. There is a travel lift, a slip ramp and electricity and water connections.

Marina Cala d'Or

Cala d'Or marina is one of the largest and most exclusive marinas on the southeast coast of Mallorca. Access is only available to registered club members. There are 560 berths for boats measuring up to 25 m in length. While the more elegant yachts are moored in the back of the harbour, the front area is reserved for fishing boats. The two on-site restaurants, "Botavara" and "Port Petite" can also be visited by non-club members.
