Reliable married couple seeking “work in exchange for accommodation” in Mallorca 🌴

We are a reliable, dedicated retired couple looking for a new perspective in Mallorca from winter 2026/27 or spring 2027.

We are interested in accommodation under a “work in exchange for accommodation” arrangement, ideally combined with an additional opportunity to earn some extra income.

👩‍🌿 She: As a trained hotel professional and long-standing finca manager and guest supervisor, she has extensive experience in caring for properties and guests. She particularly enjoys and is skilled at looking after gardens, plants and outdoor areas. Her experience also includes maintenance, pool care, painting, cleaning, laundry care and animal care.

👨‍🔧 He: As a long-standing finca and property caretaker/property manager, he has a wide range of practical experience. His main areas of expertise include maintenance, repairs, painting, garden and pool care, as well as coordinating tradespeople and service providers. Guest supervision and independently managing a finca have also been part of his work for many years.

Since 2019, we have been jointly managing a finca in Mallorca. We are therefore accustomed to independently taking responsibility for the house, property and guests, and to completing all necessary tasks reliably and conscientiously.

We are not looking for a traditional job, but rather a fair and reliable combination of accommodation, assistance and, ideally, an additional earning opportunity.

🇪🇸 Basic knowledge of Spanish
📍 Mallorca, flexible regarding location
