The concept behind Bar Mercantil is as clear as it is compelling: wine and art. Natural wines are at the heart of what's on offer — the selection is extensive, with many Mallorcan producers represented. Some of the wines are produced by the team themselves. Alongside the wine list, the kitchen turns out home-made food that draws particular praise; the ceviche is a standout. Artwork on the walls gives the space a distinct gallery feel.
