Craft from the Kitchen

At Ca'n Franky, homemade craft is at the heart of everything: gnocchi, cavatelli, focaccia, pizza and tiramisu are all freshly prepared. The pizza dough goes through a long fermentation process, giving it a distinctive texture. Vegan pizza without cheese is also on the menu. The tiramisu can be ordered as a half portion on request. The focaccia — including a porcini variety — is another highlight of the house.
