The kitchen at Can Costa is all about authentic Mallorcan cooking. Paella — particularly the seafood and lobster paella — is one of the house specialities. Alongside it you'll find classics such as Fritto mallorquín, croquetas, tumbet, arroz brut and bacalà, as well as dishes cooked over an open fire that guests can watch in action. Meat dishes are equally impressive: lamb, suckling pig, secreto ibérico and beef cheeks all come highly recommended. Portions are generous.

Atmosphere: Rustic, Historic and Terraced

Inside, original features set the tone — an old millstone, an olive press, and a collection of vintage radios and instruments give the place a genuinely characterful, Spanish feel with real history behind it. Outside, a spacious terrace looks out over the surrounding mountain scenery. If you prefer somewhere sheltered from the wind, there's a covered area too.
