Description
Pax Gastrobar is a restaurant in Felanitx that brings together Mallorcan and Mediterranean cuisine with modern, creative combinations.
Cuisine & Menu
Pax Gastrobar is all about Mallorcan and Mediterranean classics — prepared with fresh, local ingredients and a clear commitment to quality over quantity. The menu is deliberately concise and thoughtfully put together. Starters include roasted carrots with goat's cheese and fermented lemon, steak tartare with Joselito Ibérico Papada, Llampuga ceviche with Piquillo Leche de Tigre and sweet potato, and confit artichoke with Mahón cheese cream, Sobrasada and truffle. Main courses feature grilled octopus with silky mashed potato and Menorcan capers, as well as grilled Loup de Mer. Dishes are beautifully presented, and the team is happy to talk you through the menu at the table if anything needs explaining.
Wine, Cocktails & Drinks
Wine is a real strong suit here — many bottles are also available by the glass, including local varieties. Cocktails also come highly recommended.
Atmosphere & Experience
The interior is stylish, contemporary and welcoming. An open kitchen invites you to watch the team at work, and bar seats are the perfect spot for just that. Service is warm, personal and attentive without ever feeling overbearing. The restaurant is a great fit for groups and families with children alike, and vegetarian options are available on the menu.
Location & Getting Here
The restaurant sits right on Plaça de Pax 24a in the heart of Felanitx. Booking ahead is recommended, though bar seats may be available on a walk-in basis.
