Caragols Son Pou in Felanitx is a family-run restaurant dedicated entirely to traditional Mallorcan snail cuisine — using ingredients from its very own farm.
One ingredient, three ways
Snails are the star of the menu, served in three classic preparations: simmered in herbs, roasted in the oven, and cooked in a spiced tomato and minced meat sauce. Traditional potato aioli comes alongside. To start, Mallorcan coques arrive at the table — including onion cake with figs and Coca de Trampó. The meal rounds off with homemade bunyols, a highlight in their own right.
Their own finca, their own produce
The snails are reared on the restaurant's own finca. Piglets and vegetables are also grown on the estate. You're welcome to have a look around and learn about how everything is raised.
