Embotits Ferriol produces its charcuterie the traditional way, in-house – including several varieties of Sobrassada de Mallorca as well as other Mallorcan embutits. You'll find options made from Porc Negre, the native Mallorcan black pig, alongside flavour variations ranging from spicy to sweet. As well as sobrassada, camaiot also features on the shelves.

Where to find it

The shop is located at Es Fossar 18 in Sineu, a town right in the heart of the island. If you happen to be there on a Wednesday, you'll also catch the weekly market – a fine excuse to pop in.
