Spices Made In-House

Especias Crespí has spent 70 years continually refining its products. The company produces its spices entirely in-house — freshly prepared, ground, and packaged on-site. Their paprika is a particular highlight, standing head and shoulders above supermarket brands in terms of quality, and is expressly recommended for making sobrasada. For black pepper alone, Especias Crespí offers up to five different varieties. The wider range also includes cayenne pepper, five-spice blends, and much more, available in a variety of formats. Products can be ordered beyond Palma through the company's own online shop.

Locations

The main premises are located in Palma's northern business district at Carrer Gremi de Boters 37. Especias Crespí also has stalls at the Mercat de l'Olivar and the Mercat de Santa Catalina.
