From the wood-fired oven
The heart of Forn Ca'n Nadal is its wood-fired oven, from which ensaïmades, breads and savoury pastries such as empanades emerge every day. The ensaïmades come in a variety of forms, including cream-filled, chocolate, and walnut. Alongside these, the bakery produces Mallorcan breads — including dark loaves — as well as cocarrois, another classic savoury pastry from the island. Everything follows a genuinely artisan approach, with no industrial shortcuts.

If you'd like to take an ensaïmada home with you, you can place an order in advance. The team is happy to advise on how the pastries can be packaged for travelling.
A bakery with history
Nadal Lladó founded the bakery in 1980, having learnt the craft from Pere Vadell at the Forn de Can Pere. The current site had previously been run by two other bakers from Campos. Since opening, Forn Ca'n Nadal has stayed true to its artisan roots. Today the business runs two shops as well as a workshop in the historic centre of Campos.

The bakery is located at Carrer de sa Creu 5 in the centre of Campos, with one of its two shops situated along the town's main shopping street.
