The Noceras family has been baking galletes d'oli in the heart of Muro since 1890 — olive oil biscuits considered one of the most authentic Mallorcan specialities around. The range covers both sweet and savoury varieties, with the rosemary biscuits and the five-seed and five-grain variety among the best known. They pair beautifully with sobrasada, cheese, honey, pâté, tea or coffee. The biscuits are also known as "Galletas de Mar" — a nod to their history as a long-lasting provision for sailors on lengthy Mediterranean voyages. All production is powered exclusively by renewable energy, backed by a Green Energy certificate.
