Holy Burger (also known as Santa Burger) is a smash burger restaurant in Son Servera, right on the seafront in Cala Bona.

Smash Burgers & Homemade Ingredients

The star of the show at Holy Burger is the smash burger: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, served in freshly baked brioche buns with homemade sauces and freshly prepared chips. The sweet potato chips are homemade too and have won plenty of praise. The menu includes the "Raymound", the "BBQ", the "La Hostia" and the "La Diabla" burger, among others. For those with coeliac disease, there's a gluten-free burger option — and in summer a dedicated, separate fryer is on hand for the chips.
