Concept & What's on Offer

Saco's Cooking is a deeply personal project: after a career in catering and delivery services, chef and owner Jaume created his own gastronomic space — a blend of vermutería, tapas bar and event venue. The tapas menu changes daily and carries a creative, distinctive signature rather than playing it safe with standard fare. Expect dishes such as patatas bravas, squid in its ink, pilotes with seafood, pincho moruno and tuna tartare. The food is complemented by a carefully curated wine selection and draught vermouth. Wine tastings, show-cooking sessions and supper evenings take place regularly, and the venue is available to book for private celebrations, including off-site catering.
